Each gift card will be valid for one year from the moment the winner receives it. After that year, the remaining balance on the card will expire.
Eligibility:

- Have access to the Instagram social network where the action will take place and follow the mechanics indicated in said publication by the organizers, which are as follows:
- Follow @Poloclub and @parquedeatraccionesmadrid on Instagram.
- Mention another active account.
- Have an active Instagram account during the participation period.
- Like the post in which the giveaway is announced.
Entry instructions:
It is free to enter the giveaway and, by entering it, you agree to accept these Terms.
The employees of Polo Club Europe SLU are excluded from this giveaway, as is any person involved in the development of this giveaway and their immediate relatives. Polo Club Europe SLU reserves the right to reject any participants if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these conditions.
Promotional period and scope:
The giveaway will be open from October 31th, 2024 at 12:00h CET until 3rd November, 2024 at 23:59h CET. The winner will be selected on November 4th, 2024 from among all participants who meet all the requirements of the giveaway. The winners will be notified on the same day.
Giveaway validity:
Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
Winner selection, notification and delivery:
It is mandatory to have followed the participation process correctly.
Three winners will be drawn from all the participants. The giveaway will be carried out through the application Easypromos, and the winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram with the intention of communicating the result of the giveaway. If contact cannot be made with the drawn winner within 48 hours of the initial prize notification date, or the prize is rejected, an alternative winner will be drawn, and the first winner will have no rights to claim the prize. If the new winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the prize will be void.
***3 virtual gift cards worth €100 each to spend on www.poloclub.com and that will be sent to the email provided by the winners. The card will be valid for one year from the moment the winner receives it. The remaining balance on the card after that year will expire. If any products bought with the gift card are returned and the money is refunded to the card, the term of validity of the card will not be extended. Neither the prize nor the remaining balance may be cashed.
The tickets for the Madrid Amusement Park will also be sent via the email provided by the winner. These tickets can be redeemed at the park until 01/05/2025.
Reserves and limitation:
These Terms may be amended, terminated or suspended at any moment by the Promoter. The new Terms will be published in the same way as they were originally released, including, if necessary, explanations or amendments which do not alter the spirit of the giveaway. Any issues emerging from the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be handled by Polo Club Europe SLU, which is allowed, at its sole discretion, to eliminate any participants if they do not fulfill the requirements to participate. Polo Club Europe SLU takes no responsibility for this. If the participant fails to meet any requirement during the giveaway, he/she will be automatically disqualified and the prize will be void.
The company Polo Club Europe SLU takes no responsibility for any errors in the details provided by the participants which may result in a failure to identify them.
The company Polo Club Europe SLU reserves the right to take legal actions against those participants who carry out any act which may be considered as manipulation or forgery during the giveaway. Polo Club Europe SLU takes no liability for any damage or injury which may be caused by a temporary unavailability or malfunctioning of the sites used to participate in the promotion. Polo Club Europe SLU reserves the right to postpone or extend the giveaway, as well as to interpret these Terms. Additionally, the Promoter shall take no responsibility if any of the aforementioned situations occurred, as well as no liability for damage or injuries which may result from the use of the prize.
Data protection:
Your email will be processed by Polo Club Europe SLU for the purpose of running the giveaway and may be used so that Polo Club Europe SLU can contact the participants.
The data provided in the survey will be processed in an aggregate and completely anonymised way in order to better know the customers of POLO CLUB and improve the way we provide our services, the products that may be of interest and our promotions.
The basis of legitimation for the processing is consent. Under no circumstances will the data be shared with third parties. The data will be stored only until the giveaway has been carried out. The rest of the information will be stored anonymised.

Law and applicable jurisdiction:
The application and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Spanish Law. The courts of Elche shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning these Terms and the development and result of the giveaway. Polo Club Europe SLU and the participants expressly waive their right to any other jurisdiction.
