Terms of the offer
All registered users in Polo Club Loyals, Loyal, Loyal+ or Beyond will get a Christmas Ball (loc 38762) for placing an order over 200 euros.
To access this offer, users need to be members of our loyalty programme and be registered as Loyal, Loyal+ or Beyond customers.
When finishing the order for an amount over 200 euros, users need to enter the product ‘Christmas ball’ that will appear in the cart.
Users shall check that the free product appears in the shopping cart before finishing the order.
Orders not including the gift during the purchasing process will not be eligible for this promotion once the process is finished.
The offer only applies for a single free item for each customer and order placed.
Failure to comply with any of these terms will result in users not being eligible for the offer.
Term
The offer will be valid from 12-12-2024 until 31-12-2024 or while stocks last.
How to benefit from this offer
To access this offer, users need to log in to their profile on our website.
Once identified and having finished the order for an amount over 200 euros, users need to enter the product ‘Christmas ball’ that will appear in the cart.
Users need to add the free product to their cart before proceeding to payment.
The system will check if they are Loyal, Loyal+ or Beyond customers.
If the free item is not included in the order at the time of purchase, you will not be able to add it later.
Returns
In case of returning the whole order, you will also have to return the free item in order to process the refund. If customers decide not to return the free item, the cost of this item, based on the retail price without any offers, discounts or promotions, will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
This offer can be combined with other current offers, discounts and promotions, unless expressly provided otherwise.
