The gift card is valid for purchases at www.poloclub.com

When selecting the gift card as the refund method and completing the return request, provided the conditions set out in clause 11.1 are met, the gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

This card allows to make one or more purchases, which can be complemented, if necessary, with another payment method.

The gift card can be used as many times as you like until the total amount for which it has been issued is finished.

Each gift card has a unique code, which needs to be entered before the payment is made.

You have one year to request a refund for the amount of the gift card, provided it has not been used. After one year from the date of issue, the balance on the gift card can no longer be refunded or exchanged for cash.

The gift card will be valid for four years* from the moment you receive it. After this period, the remaining balance on the card will expire. If any products bought with the gift card are returned and the money is refunded to the card, the term of validity of the card will not be extended.

Polo Club accepts no liability for the non-receipt of the gift card by the intended recipient when this is due to circumstances beyond its control, such as, but not limited to, service failures or network overloads, the inaccuracy of the details provided by the buyer of the gift card, or the email sent by Polo Club going to the spam folder.
