Each registered user in Polo Club Loyals, Loyal, Loyal+ or Beyond will receive, upon redeeming their points,

To access this offer, users need to be members of our loyalty programme and be registered as Loyal, Loyal+ or Beyond customers.

Before finishing their order, users need to add the chosen product

and, at checkout, in order to obtain the item free of charge, enter the discount code received by email after redeeming their points.

The discount code issued is valid for the duration of the promotion or while stocks last.

Users shall check that the free product is in the shopping cart and that they have entered the discount code before finishing the order.

Orders not including the free product during the purchasing process will not be eligible for this promotion once the process is finished.

The offer only applies for a single free product for each customer and order placed.

Failure to comply with any of these terms will result in users not being eligible for the offer.


Term

The offer will be valid from 03-04-2025 until 31-05-2025 or while stocks last.



How to benefit from this offer

To access this offer, users need to log in to their profile on our website and be members of our loyalty programme. The system will check if they are Loyal, Loyal+ or Beyond customers.

Users need to go to the section ‘How to redeem your points’ on the Loyals page, and select ‘redeem’ the necessary points for the chosen gift.

After redeeming the points, users will receive an email with a discount code.

Once the order is completed and the selected item added, users shall enter the discount code provided by email.

Consequently, users need to add the free product to their cart and the discount code before proceeding to payment.

If the free product is not included in the order at the time of purchase, you will not be able to add it later.



Returns

In case of returning the order in whole or in part, the points used to get the free product will not be returned to the user’s balance, and the free product shall not be exchanged for cash.
